Oven cooked from chilled
Before Cooking: Preheat oven 200°C Electric / Gas Mark 6 (200°C) / 180°C Fan.
Remove beef from the packaging. Remove butters and keep to one side for later use. Place the topside in a deep roasting tray and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the preheated oven.
During Cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes. Remove from the oven 5 minutes before the end of the cook, remove the foil and place the butters on top before returning to the oven for the final 5 minutes.
After Cooking:- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving, check food is piping hot.
For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use with 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day
Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
