Cooking instructions
To oven cook from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C. / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove joint from packaging and place on a foil lined baking tray. Set sachet aside for later use. Lightly cover the gammon with foil.
During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 2 hr 25 mins. Remove joint from oven, remove foil and carefully pour away any excess cooking juices. Pour glaze over gammon and return to the oven for a further 10 mins.
After cooking: Allow joint to rest for 5-10 mins before carving. Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
