To oven cook from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C. /
Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove joint from
packaging and place on a foil lined baking
tray. Set sachet aside for later use. Lightly
cover the gammon with foil.
During cooking: Cook in the centre of the
oven for 2 hr 25 mins. Remove joint from
oven, remove foil and carefully pour away
any excess cooking juices. Pour glaze over
gammon and return to the oven for a further
After cooking: Allow joint to rest for 5-10
mins before carving. Check food is piping
hot throughout and all juices run clear. This

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 1 day and do not exceed the use by date.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
