To grill: If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

rack of grill pan.
During Cooking: Grill for 14 minutes, turning occasionally

To barbecue: For a more authentic flavor and appearance, grill as suggested then
transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
