Sweet Chilli Chicken Thighs
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the thighs on a baking tray and cook on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Baste the chicken with the cooking juices.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
To barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, oven cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned.

Cajun Chicken Breast Grills
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking.

Oven cook from chilled. If freezing, defrost thoroughly before cooking.

During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Warnings

  • Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
    Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly in between use
    Wash hands after handling raw poultry
    Cook raw poultry thoroughly until it is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains.
    Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer.
    Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.

Storage

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
