To reheat the joint: 200 °C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 60 mins
Before cooking:
Remove product from packaging. Remove bone guard from end of bone. Pre-heat oven to required temperature. Wrap kitchen foil around the base of the joint, covering the bone but exposing the surface of the joint. Place on a baking tray.
During cooking:
Place joint in the centre of pre-heated oven. Cook for 60 minutes at required temperature.
After cooking:
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes. Remove joint from foil, taking care with any hot fat that may have rendered from the joint and collected in the foil. Carve as required, taking care to avoid cutting into the bone
