Oven cooked from chilled
Before Cooking: Remove all packaging
including the peach pad. Take the beef out of
the packaging 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180C/Fan 160C/ Gas 4
During Cooking: Place the joint into a roasting
dish with the topping facing up. To cook rare 1
hour 35 minutes, medium 2 hours, well done 2
hours 25 minutes
After Cooking: Remove the beef and allow to
rest for 10-20 minutes check food is piping hot.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day.
