Oven cook from chilled. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 60 mins.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove the joint from the bag. Place on a baking tray and wrap with foil.
During cooking: After 35 minutes remove tray from oven. Remove foil and roast for further 25 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot.
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not reheat.
