180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. 1hr 10mins
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid from tray. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During Cooking: Remove foil 30 minutes before the end of the cook time.
After Cooking: Once cooked, remove the joint from the oven. Check food is piping hot throughout and no pink colour remains. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
