Cooking instructions

To oven cook from chilled Before cooking: Preheat Oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging, setting sauce sachet and crumb to one side. Place joint onto a foil lined baking tray and cover with foil. During cooking: Place the joint in the centre of the oven and cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Remove joint from the oven, remove the foil cover and carefully add the glaze evenly over the joint. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove the joint from the oven again and carefully add the crumb evenly over the joint before returning to the oven again to cook for for the final 5 minutes. After cooking: Allow joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Check food is piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and all juices run clear. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 1 days and do not exceed the use by date. For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 months. Once defrosted use the same day. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
