    Roast Potatoes With Goose Fat
    Oven cook from either chilled or frozen.
    Chilled: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 50 mins.

    Frozen: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 60 mins.
    Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Empty contents on to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven.
    During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking.
    After cooking: check food is piping hot.

    Honey & Mustard Parsnips
    Oven cook from either chilled or frozen.
    Chilled: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 30mins.

    Frozen: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 45 mins. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Empty contents on to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven.
    During cooking: 5 minutes before the end of cooking coat the parsnips with included glaze and return to the oven.
    After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.

    Cauliflower Cheese
    Oven cook from chilled. Not suitable for oven cooking from frozen
    200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 40 mins.

    Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
    After cooking: Check food is piping hot.

    Red Cabbage
    Oven cook from chilled. Not suitable for oven cooking from frozen.
    190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 25 mins.

    Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film several times. Place on baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
    During cooking: Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
    After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

    Microwave from chilled. Not suitable for microwaving from frozen.
    Microwave on full power. 800W: 4½ mins. 900W: 4 mins.
