Oven cook from chilled.
200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6. 40 mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove film lid from packaging. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes of cooking remove the foil cover and cook for further 20 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear.
