Oven cook from chilled.
Time 1 hour 5 minutes 180°C /Fan 160°C / Gas 4
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place in a roasting tin on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 5 minutes.
After cooking: Remove from the oven (take
care as cooking juices may have been
produced), remove string and bay leaf before
serving and ensure the product is piping hot.

The butter, stuffing and bacon in this product have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
