Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place wellington on a pre-heated baking tray on the grease-proof sheet provided. For best results, brush pastry with oil before cooking.
During Cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven.
After Cooking: Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving suggestion: Cut lengthways and across for 4 equal servings.
