Cooking instructions

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and wrapper and replace brie in ceramic dish. Cut a 10cm cross on top of the brie and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and peel back the corners of the brie rind. Take care as the cheese will be hot. Open sachets of sloe gin and blackberry glaze and dried fruit, and scatter over the cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Serve immediately.
