Description
We choose succulent outdoor-bred British pork belly for these meaty morsels. Tumbled in a smoky blend of paprika, chilli and cayenne, then slow cooked for three hours, they're meltingly tender and infused with flavour. Perfect finished with our sweet and sticky BBQ glaze.

Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C, Gas 6.
Remove product from box and place the glaze and skewers sachets to one side. Before opening the pouch of meat, gently squeeze to separate into pieces. Remove product from pouch and place onto an ovenable tray. Place tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard cooking juices. Open sachet of glaze, pour over belly bites and gently stir until evenly coated. Return to oven for the final 5 minutes.
After cooking: Place skewer into each piece and serve. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat.
