Oven cooked from chilled. Time 20 mins 200°C / 180°C Fan, Gas 6
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging, place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and place on the middle shelf of the oven. For best results, brush the Wellingtons with egg.
During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
After cooking: Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly.

Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date.
