Description

Cooking instructions

Oven cooked from chilled.
180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 5. 1 hour.

Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the lamb leg into a roasting tray and leave at room temperature for 20 mins.
During Cooking: Place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 1 hour to serve well done.
After Cooking: Remove lamb from oven and loosely cover with foil, allow to rest for 5 mins. Place lamb onto a chopping board and using a sharp non-serrated knife, cut between the bones to serve. Check food is piping hot.
