Oven cook from chilled.
If freezing at home,
defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all
packaging. Place the lamb leg into a roasting
tray and leave at room temperature for 20
During Cooking: Place on the middle shelf of
the oven. Cook for 1 hour to serve well done.
After Cooking: Remove lamb from oven and
loosely cover with foil, allow to rest for 5 mins.
Place lamb onto a chopping board and using a
sharp non-serrated knife, cut between the
bones to serve. Check food is piping hot. All

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by
date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do
not refreeze once defrosted.
