To pan fry from chilled or can also be cooked on the grill
Before cooking: Heat 5ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Once the oil is hot add the vegbabs.
During cooking: Heat on a moderate to high heat for 8-10 mins, turning frequently.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and cover the exposed stick with foil. Place vegbabs on a wire rack over a grill pan.
During cooking: Heat on a high heat for 10 mins, turning occasionally.
