Oven cook from chilled only.
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a
refrigerator before cooking.
Before cooking: Refer to the weight label on
the front of the pack for the specific roasting
time. Preheat oven and remove all packaging.
Place the turkey crown in a deep sided
ovenproof roasting tin. Measure out 200ml of
cold water and pour into the roasting tin around
the turkey crown. Cover the turkey crown with
foil and place in the centre of the oven.
During cooking: Remove the foil 30 minutes
before the end of cooking, baste and return to
the oven to allow the skin to became golden
After cooking: Once cooked, remove the turkey
crown from the oven, check food is piping hot
and no pink colour remains. Cover with foil and
allow to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
