Microwave from chilled.
Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film in several places.
During cooking: Halfway through peel back film, stir well, re-cover and continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
