Oven cook from either chilled or frozen.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
