Microwave Instructions:
Microwave from chilled, but can also be heated on the hob.
Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into the microwave. During heating: Stir half way through. Re-cover and continue heating. After Heating : Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power. 700W - 4 minutes, 800W - 3 1/2 minutes, 900W - 3 minutes
