Description
Only the very best ingredients go into our luxury fish pie. So we chose succulent Scottish
salmon and Atlantic cod, sweet Patagonian scallops and plump Southeast Asian king
prawns. And we serve them in a creamy lobster sauce, laced with sherry and vintage
cheddar. We use sourdough breadcrumbs and tangy parmesan for the topping, and make
our mash with maris piper potatoes and plenty of butter… that's why you can taste the
difference.
