Oven cook from chilled.
Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan
180°C/ Gas 6. Remove all packaging and
carefully place the pig in blanket on a baking
tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook in the centre of the oven
for 30 mins.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot
throughout and all juices run clear. This is a

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and
do not exceed the use by date. Do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by
date. Once frozen consume within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do
not refreeze once defrosted.
