Time: 35mins ,Temp: 210c, Fan assisted 190c, Gas Mark 5
Oven cook from chilled.
Before cooking remove packaging and lightly
oil a roasting tin, preheat oven at 210'C, Fan
190'C or Gas Mark 5
During cooking: Cook for 35mins . Baste with
cooking juices during cooking and cover with
foil for the last 10 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot
throughout, no pink colour remains and juices
run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a
