Nut Roast
Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 40 - 45 minutes.
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film. Remove sachet for heating on the hob. Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Turn container upside down onto the sheet and carefully remove the container. Place baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
After cooking: Allow to stand for 5-8 mins. Slice the nut roast with sharp knife and drizzle with glaze before serving. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Spiced Orange and Cranberry Glaze
To heat on the hob from chilled. Moderate heat. 5 minutes.
Before cooking: Boil water in a small saucepan. Place unopened sachet into hot water.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Caution: Take care when removing sachet from hot water.
