Pan fry from chilled on a high heat for 9 minutes
To Pan Fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before Cooking:- Remove all packaging. Allow steak to reach room temperature. Rub with
5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Pre-heat frying pan to a high heat.
During Cooking:- For best results the pan must be hot. Cooking times for rare are 7 minutes,
medium 9 minutes and well done 12 minutes, turning regularly.
After Cooking:- Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should
be cooked until it is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present
For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours
and do not exceed the use by date.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by
date. Once frozen use within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
