Cooking instructions
Pan fry from chilled high heat 9 minutes. If freezing at home, Defrost thoroughly before cooking
Before Cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steaks to reach room temperature. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Pre-heat frying pan to a high heat.
During Cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Cooking times for rare are 5 1/2 minutes, medium 9 minutes and well done 12 minutes, turning regularly.
After Cooking: Allow to rest out of the pan for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned.
