Preheat oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
Please see label for cooking time
Remove outer packaging. Do not remove the drip pad or foil tray. Preheat oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. For calculated cooking time see front of label. If stuffing is to be used, stuff the neckflap only and allow extra time for cooking. Cover the turkey breast in the foil tray loosely with foil. Place the turkey in the centre of the oven and cook for the time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking. The turkey is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pieced with a thin skewer or sharp knife. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they are clear, checking every few minutes. Allow the turkey to stand for 15 minutes before carving. Ensure product is piping hot prior to serving. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
