To oven cook from chilled
Preheat oven. Remove top film and spread BBQ sauce evenly across the ribs. Place foil tray on a preheated baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 7 minutes. Remove ribs from oven, spread sauce evenly over product and cook for a further 7 minutes. Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. Rest for 3 minutes. All cooking appliances vary.
