Oven cook from chilled for 9-10 mins.
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 30 seconds. Do not reheat once cooled.
