Cooking instructions

Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 5. 35 mins

Before cooking: Remove all packaging and lightly oil a roasting tin. Seal the meat on all sides in a hot frying pan with a little butter and olive oil for 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to the roasting tin Cook for 35 minutes.

During Cooking: Baste with cooking juices.

After cooking: Rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Whilst the meat is resting, pour the sauce into the pan used to seal the meat, heat for 2 minutes until piping hot. Check food is piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and juices run clear. Serve the sauce alongside the meat.

Storage

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated, once opened consume within 1 day and do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
