Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 2 hours.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set the sauce sachet to one side. Place the joint on a foil lined baking tray. Cover the meat loosely with foil, creating a tent over the joint. Place in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 2 hours.
Remove from the oven and allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes in a warm place. Carefully remove top section of the foil and remove the strings with scissors. Whilst the joint is resting, place the unopened sauce sachet in a pan of water and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave sachet in the water for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the sachet from the hot water and pour the sauce over the meat to serve. Check food is piping hot and all juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use straight away and do not exceed the use by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date.
Once frozen use within 2 months. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
