If freezing at
home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Remove all packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into a small ovenproof dish. Place on middle shelf of the oven and cook for 50 minutes.
During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard cooking juices. Open sachet of sauce and pour over pork ribs. Return to oven for the final 5 minutes.
After Cooking: Pour the jus over the short ribs to serve. Check food is piping hot.
