Oven cooked from chilled
220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas 7. 2hrs 12 mins
Before cooking: Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Place the Ham in a large oven proof dish and cover loosely with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 42 minutes.
During cooking: Remove the foil and pour the sauce over the Ham. Return to the oven for a further 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove from oven and baste the ham with the Cola flavoured glaze. Put back in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
After cooking: Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before carving. Check product is piping hot and cooked thoroughly.
