To oven cook from chilled
Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 48 mins
Before cooking: Remove all the outer packaging and film lid, leaving the wreath in
the aluminium tray and setting aside the pot of apple & cider glaze and the sachet of
crumb topping. Cover the wreath tightly with foil and place in the centre of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil, then return to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes. At
the end of this time, carefully remove from the oven and spoon the apple & cider glaze evenly over the pigs in blankets and stuffing, followed by the contents of the sachet of crackling style crumb. Return to the oven and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
After cooking: Transfer carefully to a serving dish and remove the parchment strip before cutting into portions. Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. All
