Oven cook from chilled.
200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 50-55 Mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place joint on an oven tray in the centre of the oven, cook for 50-55 minutes.
After cooking: Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Using scissors snip and remove meat bands and serve.
Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
