Oven cook from chilled.
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Preheat the oven to Electric 180°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Medium 30 mins per 500g.

for 5 minutes. Place the steak in a roasting
dish and place in the centre of the pre-heated
oven and cook for 25 minutes plus rare 15
minutes per 500g, medium 20 minutes per
500g and well done 30 minutes per 500g.
Apply the contents of the sachet over the top
of the steak for the last 10 minutes of cooking
After cooking: Remove from oven and leave
to rest for 10 minutes. This product should be
cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking
rare, check the surface is fully
