Microwave 700W 4 mins, 800W 4 mins, 900W 3 mins.
Before heating: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Invert the pot onto a microwaveable plate.
During heating: Heat on full power for 2 minutes 700w/800W or 1½ minutes 900w. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 700W/800W or 1½ minutes 900W.
After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only
To steam
Before heating: Remove outer packaging, do not remove film lid. Place pot in a steamer over boiling water and steam on moderate heat for 1 hour.
During heating: Do not allow the pan to boil dry.
After heating: Remove the film lid and invert onto a plate. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
