Oven cook from chilled or frozen.
From chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 20 mins. From frozen 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 35 mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove from carton and leave in paper case. Place cranberry and port sachet to one side. Place cheesecake on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven.

After cooking: Check product is piping hot. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Run a blunt knife around the edge, snip the paper case with a pair of scissors and pull back the sides. Cut out a wedge of cheesecake and place a fish slice under the slice and serve. Add a small amount of cranberry and port sauce on top.
