Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 40 - 45 min.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and place sachets to one side. Place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: After 12 minutes, pour the contents of the sachets onto the carrots and mix thoroughly and continue cooking.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
