Cooking instructions
To oven cook from chilled. 200°C/ Fan
180°C/ Gas 6. 45 mins
Before cooking:
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6.
Remove all the outer packaging and film lid, leaving the wreath in the aluminium tray. Cover the wreath tightly with foil and place in the centre of the oven.
During cooking:
Cook for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil, then return to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes.
After cooking:
Transfer carefully to a serving dish and remove the parchment strip before cutting into portions.
Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only
