Oven cook from chilled: 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. 35 mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging except the foil tray. Place the foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Run a table knife around the edge to ensure product can be removed from the tray in the parchment paper. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
