Oven cook from chilled 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 8 50 mins
Oven cook from chilled, but can also be microwaved. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place venison casserole into an ovenproof dish. Place onto a baking tray on the top shelf of oven.
During cooking: Stir halfway through cooking.
After cooking: Stir well, place venison casserole into a dish to serve. Check food is piping hot.

Microwave on full power 800W / 900W 18 mins / 16 mins
Microwave from chilled. If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Remove product from box. Pierce pouch several times and place on a microwavable plate.
During cooking: After 10 minutes gently shake pouch. Cook on full powder for a further 8 minutes 800W / 6 minutes 900W.
After cooking: Stir thoroughly before serving. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
