Oven Cook from chilled: 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 8, 50 mins
If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place venison casserole into an ovenproof dish. Place onto a baking tray on the top shelf of oven and cook for 50 minutes.
During cooking: Halfway through cooking remove from oven and stir gently. Return to oven for remaining cooking time.
After cooking: Remove from the oven. Stir well, place venison casserole into a dish to serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Check food is piping hot.
