Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 5 45 mins rare - 1 hour 10 mins well done
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the lamb onto a shallow roasting tray and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
During cooking: Place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 45 minutes to serve lamb pink, 70 minutes to serve well done.
After cooking: Remove lamb from the oven and loosely cover with foil.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Place lamb onto a chopping board and using a sharp non serrated knife cut between the bones to serve.
While lamb is resting submerge sauce sachet in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and serve with the lamb.
Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
