Oven cook from chilled. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 18 mins. Oven cook from frozen. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 25 mins.

Before heating: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, including foil. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After heating: Check food is piping hot.
