Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set the sachet to one side. Place lamb shank onto a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Halfway through cooking, baste the lamb shank with the cooking juices.
After cooking: Remove the lamb shank from the oven and place onto a warm serving plate. Pour remaining cooking juices into a pan, add contents of jus sachet and stir. Heat on the hob over a moderate heat for 3 minutes. Serve alongside the lamb shank.
Check food is piping hot.
