Cooking instructions
Oven cook from chilled.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. 35 mins
Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet to one side. Place salmon skin side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper on the middle shelf of the oven.
During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and evenly spread glaze over the salmon and cook for a further 10 minutes.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Do not reheat once cooled.
