The crumpets and salmon in this product have been previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product.

Cooking instructions

To enjoy the salmon at its best, remove from the fridge 10 minutes before serving.

Poached Eggs (in brine):
Microwave from chilled on full power. 1 pack (2 eggs) 800W 40s / 900W 30s. 2 packs (4 eggs) 800W 1 min / 900W 40s
Before cooking: Place pack(s) directly into microwave.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute, then drain. Do not reheat once cooled.

Crumpets:
Toast on low heat:
Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and place in toaster.
During cooking: Cook for 4-5 minutes on a low heat.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot.

Hollandaise sauce: Heat as per instructions on pot, set to one side.

To Serve: Evenly divide the smoked salmon into four. Place smoked salmon on top of warmed crumpet, place drained egg on top. Spoon the warmed hollandaise over the eggs and serve immediately.

  • Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
    Made using raw fish which will contain naturally occurring bacteria. These may be harmful to pregnant women, the elderly and anyone with low resistance to infection. People in these groups should not eat this product or cook it thoroughly.

Storage

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
Not suitable for home freezing.
